OffsiteIT provides access to these services as part of our comprehensive support plan. Because each client is unique, one size doesn’t fit all. Therefore, we give you the power to choose which solutions meet your needs. The following three options can be used individually or collectively depending on your needs. Before any work can be done to your network, it is essential that we understand the components of your infrastructure. In order to do this, we will conduct a free onsite audit of your network. This step is the baseline for all network work. The audit will identify potential bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and mis-configured applications. A server audit will:  

  • Provide “best practice” recommendations
  • Security and permission settings
  • Hardware configuration settings
  • Networking protocol configuration settings
  • Backup job process and rotation information
