How many memberships do I need?
A separate membership is required for each computer, laptop and service in your organization. You do not need additional memberships for printers, PDA’s, firewalls, etc.

What if I want somebody to come to my office instead of supporting me over the Internet or phone?
To keep our prices low, we try to solve all problem over the phone or via the Internet, first. If these options are unsuccessful, them we will send one of our technicians on-site or, if you plan allows for it, we will allow you to work with a consultant in the area who can assist you.


I don't have a dedicated Internet connection; can I still be a customer of Subscription Support?
No, that is not possible. To keep our prices low, we must attempt to solve most problems via the Internet using remote control software that allows us to work on your computer system while you watch. Without an Internet connection, we cannot provide the necessary services.


I can’t afford to spend any additional money, but I would still like to work with OffsiteIT, how can I access OffsiteIT’s services?
OffsiteIT has support plans in place that can grow as your organization grows. By starting out small and adding services over time, your IT support needs will always be met by OffsiteIT and you will begin to build an long-term relationship with our organization.

What software do you support?
OffsiteIT will support all Microsoft products, including the latest releases and legacy systems, and most other software products commonly used by small businesses.

What hardware do you support?
We offer limited support for any hardware. What that means for you is we do not do hardware repairs. We will, however, diagnose hardware problems and work with the hardware manufacturer on your behalf in the case of warranty repairs. If a piece of hardware is not under warranty we will assist you with purchasing new hardware or in having your hardware repaired by a OffsiteIT partner.

Explain the Remote Control service — Is my information safe?

To use the software on your computer, we must get your permission each and every time. We cannot connect to your computer unless you accept a link that we send you each time you want support. You can close the link any time you want to. You stay in charge. That way you can feel safe that we can't do anything to your computer when you aren't watching our every move.
